1. The Rivers State Government of Nigeria, with support from the African Development Bank (AFDB) is implementing the Urban Water sector Reform and Port-Harcourt Water Supply and Sanitation Project (UWSR&PHWSSP) as part of the Government’s overlay development strategy towards improving access to potable water supply and sanitation in Port-Harcourt and Obio-Akpor LGAs and had received financing towards the cost of Urban Water Sector Reform and Port-Harcourt Water Sanitation Project (UWSR/PHWSSP). The project intends to apply part of the agreed amount of the loan to payments under a contract for consultancy services for the preparation of Project Annual Environmental and Social Performance Audit for the project.
